We can be engaged at hourly rates, fixed project rates or on a part-time contract basis, such as a Fractional General Counsel or Fractional CPO (chief privacy officer).  Those engagements can involve a contract salary or fixed monthly fee based on a minimum or maximum number of hours per month.   

Our standard consulting rate is $395.00 – $450.00 per hour,  our corporate & technology rate is $450.00 – $575.00 per hour and our data privacy & artificial intelligence rate is $595.00-795.00 per hour.  Rates are subject to adjustment based on nature, scope & complexity of engagement.
